2021 Shanghai International Die Casting Exhibition ended successfully

2021 Shanghai International Die Casting Exhibition was successfully held from 7 July 2021 to 9 July 2021 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. This exhibition brings together die casting and upstream and downstream enterprises at home and abroad, with more focus on new energy vehicles, integrated die casting, and large model solutions, thus helping the industry to comprehensively understand the latest trends in the global casting and die casting industry chain.
At the Boehmer & Boelion booth, to show customers the mixed proportioning system, profiling spraying tool, and spraying robots and other products, which introduced a new quantitative pulse spraying technology, is a major highlight of the exhibition, attracting a large number of customers to visit and negotiate. The dosing pulse spray nozzle can spray the smallest amount of spray with precise measurement and is compatible with both oil and water based release agents.

Another great success of Boelion Automation is the cooperation agreement with Minshi/Yadelin for the MEB project spraying tooling in this exhibition.

In addition, Boelion also reached cooperation intention with Aikedi, Izumi, Manfred, Xiaokang Power, Geely Automobile, Great Wall Automobile and other domestic and international famous die-casting and automobile enterprises in this exhibition, which shows that Boelion & Boehmer products are being recognized by a large number of die-casting related industry customers, and the customer recognition is increasing year by year. According to data released by the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India, the country's new car sales reached 5,079,985 units in 2023, surpassing Japan for two consecutive years, and ranking third globally after China and the United States. After the completion of the project, it will be mainly used for magnesium alloy die-casting production. Through this technological transformation, it will improve the degree of automated production and processing precision of the products, and reduce the labour cost.

On 26th October 2023, Lijin Group and Guangdong Hongtu Science & Technology Co. Ltd. jointly released the 16,000T super-large die casting unit. This is Lijin Group's second record of global large tonnage die casting unit after the release of 12000T die casting unit in September last year. Anhui Boehmer Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd (Boehmer for short) is the builder of this 16000T super-large die-casting unit and also the witness of this release.
