Recently, Guangdong Hongtu Technology Co., Ltd located in Gaoyao District, Zhaoqing City, has made significant progress, and its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Hongtu Auto Parts Co., Ltd  has formally put into production in Guangzhou Parts and Components Industrial Park of Xiaopeng Automobile, marking the official mass production of Hongtu Technology's 12,000T ultra-large-scale intelligent die-casting unit.

Guangzhou Hongtu total investment of 360 million yuan, the plant is mainly set up in die-casting, CNC two major workshops, planning 7000T-16000T and other ultra-large intelligent die-casting unit total of 6 sets. Among them, 12000T intelligent die-casting unit can produce the largest projected area of 35000 square centimeters, pouring weight more than 100 kg of products. The company pioneered the supply mode, the CNC workshop and Xiaopeng automobile welding workshop connected, the product is directly transported to the Xiaopeng production line, to achieve a strong combination of upstream and downstream industry chain.

The official commissioning of the subsidiary is another important milestone in the new journey of high-quality development of Hongtu Technology. In 2021, hongtu science and technology and Xiaopeng car began to cooperate to explore the application of one die-casting technology, from the small Xiaopeng  car G6 model prototype parts to zhaoqing factory test to now mass production off the line, strong alliance embodies the industry upstream and downstream of the close co-operation.
