Spray technology is a fast and uniform coating process
Spraying technology is a coating process in which paint is sprayed onto the surface of an object by means of compressed air. One of the advantages of the spraying technique is that it enables rapid drying of the paint. During the spraying process, the paint becomes microscopic particles that form a homogeneous film, allowing the coating to dry quickly. This fast drying property gives spraying technology a great advantage in the manufacturing field.
In addition, spraying technology is also characterised by energy efficiency. Compared with the traditional painting process, spraying technology can complete the coating task more energy-efficient and reduce the waste of paint. At the same time, the high utilization rate of paint in the spraying process can reduce the pollution of the environment.
However, spraying technology also has some limitations. Firstly, as the paint is sprayed by compressed air during the spraying process, certain noise and particles may be generated.
