In order to fulfil the requirements of the different spraying tasks, We choose the appropriate nozzle from three different structural forms of spray nozzles. By using a consistent substrate, the different nozzles can be combined and exchanged within the same spraying tool. The standard nozzle can be used for cooling the mould and the nozzle can withstand a release agent pressure of 25 bar. The application of release agents to moulds can be carried out using our micro nozzles, which achieve excellent spraying results even at release agent pressures as low as 0.3 bar. Our new technology impulse nozzles, which spray precisely measured minimum quantities, are compatible with both oil and water based release agents.

Our linear spraying systems range from single axis equipment to multi-axis systems capable of lifting up to 300kg.

This is Lijin Group's second record of global large tonnage die casting unit after the release of 12000T die casting unit in September last year. Anhui Boehmer Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd (Boehmer for short) is the builder of this 16000T super-large die-casting unit and also the witness of this release.
