Job Description
1. Responsible for the scheme design, research and development, and preparation of materials for joint review of non-standard equipment and tool in the die-casting island;
2. Responsible for scheme standardization, selection of specialized equipment, drafting, and modification after drawing review;
3. Technical support during equipment assembly and debugging process;
4. Responsible for handling and closing on-site technical issues;
5. Submission of acceptance materials;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical and electromechanical integration related fields, with at least three years of experience in non-standard equipment design;
2. Proficient in commonly used mechanical transmission, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles, proficient in selecting screw rods, sliding rails, servos, stepper motors, reducers, etc;
3. Proficient in using relevant design software, able to proficiently use software to produce engineering drawings, proficient in industrial robot simulation is preferred;
4. Possess independent or guided mechanical design ability, with priority given to those who can independently design, select components, and output design drawings;
5. Have good communication and collaboration skills. Understanding customer needs and being able to design and develop solutions according to customer requirements is a priority.
