Our punch lubrication system is based on our many years of experience in spraying spray fluids with high solid content .
All versions are based on the same system, which consists of a material pressure vessel and a Boehmer micro-nozzle with a cleaning needle.
The cleaning needle breaks through the nozzle opening with each closing action, thus ensuring reliable operation even with nozzle diameters of less than 1 mm and the use of graphite lubricants.
In order to obtain a consistent coating on the punch surface, the punch lubrication is applied at low pressure and atomized.
