Equipment functions
Slag pack removal device mainly used for die casting slag pack shearing and removal, which can be adapted to a variety of products with the robot work.
Main equipment components
1. The outer frame of the equipment is made of welded frame with plastic spraying surface treatment RAL7035 industrial grey;
2. According to the product slag packet distribution characteristics, equipped with multiple collision bars, position adjustable;
3. Upper through the buffer mechanism to install hydraulic shear, for cutting longer slag package;
4. Hydraulic hard pipes are installed around the frame and connected by hydraulic hoses near the hydraulic shears;
5. Equipped with a hydraulic station, including hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, level detection and other centralised control of the hydraulic shear;
6.To slag packet frame lower do waste closing design, to slag packet drop material centralised collection;
7.The bottom is reserved for waste trolley placement position or waste conveyor line installation position;
