Equipment functions
Mobile large-scale DOR-type multi-function mixing station mainly used for large-scale die-casting release agent mixing and pressure supply, which uses independent PLC to control, electronic flow meter to monitor the flow in real time. This mixing station can realize the release agent in accordance with 1:50-1:200 ratio of regular spraying and 1:0-1:20 ratio of micro-spraying, and can respectively monitor and measure the high and low concentration spraying amount of each mould. The micro spraying is compatible with oil-based release agent spraying, which can switch between water-based and oil-based release agents.
